ACS Missions is a travel insurance policy for employees and self-employed workers travelling abroad on a work assignment. For the duration of the assignment, it covers medical expenses, repatriation assistance and personal accident and life cover. Depending on the pack you choose, it also covers personal liability, baggage, cancellation and flight delay. The benefits of each pack are set out in the general terms and conditions of the policy.
Pack A is a comprehensive level of cover, Pack B a basic one. Both packs include medical and hospital expenses abroad, assistance and medical repatriation, emergency dental treatment, repatriation of remains, legal assistance and personal accident and life cover.

Yes. ACS Missions can be taken out on an individual or a group basis, for instance by an employer for staff travelling on work assignments. Enrolment means completing and signing the enrolment documents, and the full insurance period is paid for when the policy is taken out. To set up a group policy, contact ACS.
The limit for medical and hospital expenses abroad is €1,000,000 per person and per event under Pack A, and €500,000 per person and per event under Pack B. After hospital treatment abroad, additional reimbursement of medical expenses incurred in your country of residence is provided for up to 30 days, up to €25,000 under Pack A and €15,000 under Pack B. This top-up only applies after reimbursement by French social security or any other provident, insurance or mutual insurance body. The other limits are set out in the table of benefits for your pack.
Yes. If you cut your work assignment short, if you are repatriated or if you are admitted to hospital locally, ACS Missions covers the additional travel costs of a replacement colleague, so that the assignment can continue. This benefit is included in Pack A and in Pack B. The conditions and limits are set out in the general terms and conditions of your pack.
