Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 112-2-1 of the Insurance Code, where you have entered into a distance contract for purposes that fall outside the scope of your business or professional activity, you have a period of 14 calendar days in which to withdraw from the contract.

Please note that:
- The withdrawal period begins on the date of purchase of the insurance policy or the date of receipt of the contractual documents, whichever is later.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to travel insurance policies with a duration of less than one month.
