Good to know:
- The contract can be subscribed for shared appartments.
- You must be in possession of a student card, not respecting this condition leads to the cancellation of the guarantees and the paid premium will not be reimbursed.
- Your accommodation must be located in a student residence, in an apartment building or at the home of a private individual.
- The “theft” guarantee can only be granted if your apartment was broken into and if it was efficiently well protected (notably windows and doors) against easy intrusion.
- Cash money and jewellery are excluded of our guarantees.
- Any established subscription is due and cannot be reimbursed.
- The premium is valid for the length of an academic year without any pro rata calculation even if the subscription takes place during the course year.
